What you will accomplish:
The C2C Manager will lead and develop multiple, cross-functional projects within the consumer selling team. The role includes
- E2E execution of projects within C2C, mainly associated with Go-to-Market activities, i.e. seller acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention. Supporting the GTM of multiple Product launches and improvements in cooperation with Product Marketing, CRM and Local Marketing.
- Strong collaboration with Global C2C BU and Global C2C Initiative to ensure the execution of the Global C2C Success Framework and the 3-Year Strategy for the DE business
- DE-specific seller activation activities, for example sweepstakes and other promotional activities
- DE-specific seller engagement and growth, for example rework of the C2C Seller Hub, in alignment with the Global Marketing organization, enabling and optimizing CRM and PMM concepts and tools
- Cross-organizational collaboration with other teams (marketing, trading, customer service, product, analytics, and others) in conceptualizing, planning as well as implementing campaigns and initiatives. Build and strengthen partnerships and relationships internally and externally to identify and implement scaling opportunities.
What you will bring:
- Passion for consumer selling and buying
- Native in German must have, fluency in English.
- 4 years+ of proven ability as Project Manager/Program Manager and/or Consultant, ideally with Marketing experience. Strong project management skills
- Expert in running complex and cross-functional projects, getting results and deliver on achievements and deliverables
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in large or small group settings
