Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health.
Enterprise Excellence offers frameworks, data insight, and efficiency-enabling products that are available to deploy across the enterprise.
As the PMO for the Enterprise Excellence Lean Reengineering, Functions Engagement Head and Delaware Site Head, you will be responsible for the program management of engagements that cross both disciplines. There will be an opportunity to lead employee engagement coordination for sitewide programs including campus recruiting, onsite analyst program management, clinics to support employee engagement, oversight of the Employee Advisory Council and similar programs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide and support governance oversight for the EE Functions book of work to ensure compliance with Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) guidelines, procedures and reporting
- Lead onsite programs focused on employee engagement, community outreach, early career development and university partnerships
- Serve as senior advisor to Delaware CSC Employee Advisory Council
- Make waterfall vs. agile determination per project
- Document project plan, scope, including resource alignment and timelines
- Ensure PM Monitoring & Assessment Framework results, risks, issues and dependencies are escalated and challenged as appropriate
- Collaborate with the O&T Program Management Office team to ensure alignment and consistency on CPMC Policy and Procedure requirements
- Partner with the EE product leads to ensure program and project alignment to strategy and commitments
- Develop and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders across EE and O&T
- Create stakeholder analysis and lead regular stakeholder updates
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in a PMO environment and a background in project management
- Impeccable time management and able to support multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of Operational Risk principles and Reporting & Analytics environment
- Experience supporting targeted solutions to global business communities
- Solid understanding of CPMC policies and taxonomies
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work well on cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests
- Experience with Employee Engagement design, program management, facilitation and communications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP® and CSM® certifications preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Project and Project Tracking System (PTS 2.0) a plus
