Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP Ariba Manager, responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of solutions using SAP Ariba Contract, Buying, and Invoicing modules. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Ariba solutions.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement and contract management needs and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions.
• Manage the Ariba team, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Provide training and support to business users on SAP Ariba functionality and its interpretation.
• Stay current with SAP Ariba updates and new features, incorporating them into the strategy as appropriate.
• Drive the adoption of Ariba concepts across the organization by demonstrating its value in gaining actionable insights.
• Work closely with the IT department to ensure proper integration of SAP Ariba with SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Lead data governance and security efforts within the SAP Ariba environment.

Experience:

• 8-11 years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba.
• Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations in SAP Ariba Contract, Buying, and Invoicing modules.
• Proven track record of leading SAP Ariba projects.
• Good functional and hands-on knowledge of procurement and contract management

Competencies / Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of integration of SAP Ariba with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and other systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of data modeling.
• Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
• Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables

Education:

• Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
• SAP Ariba Certification (preferred).
• Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international)
