Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Construction Project Management for large capital projects, Supply Chain domainwithemphasis on forecasting building trade labornew and/orretrofit or related.
  • 10+yearsexperience managing cross-functional and/or cross-teamprojects.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the global trade labor forecasting process, including consultation with internal and external stakeholders, todetermineRegional, Sub-Regional and Metro levelrequirements to supportlarge datacenterconstructionprojects.
  • Partner with internalSupply Chainprofessionals todeveloptrade laborforecasts basedinputsfrom General Contractors.
  • Establisharobustprocess for gathering and analyzing market dataforBuilding TradeCapacity vs Demandin a Regionand required compensation.
  • Work with the Local Unionand Non-Union Trade Contractorstodevelop plans thatsupport project leveltrade laborforecasts
  • Develop executive connections withNational andLocallaborrelations boards andRegionalLeadershipthat will enablerelationshipsnecessary toenableattracting andretainingtradelabor that meets project requirements.
  • Developand makerecommendations for Executive level review and approvalthat support project leveltradelaborforecasts
  • Work with Metro level project teams, including General Contractors,toimplement approved plansto attract andretaintradelabor for projects.
  • Maintain and reviewtradelabor reports to ensure thatforecastedvs actual labormeets project needs.
  • Review General ContractorSite Logisticsplans for projects, including offsite parkingand workertransportation plans,lunch areas,walk times and site amenities tomaintaintrade labor at forecasted levels.
