Join our dynamic team as a Senior in Technology, specializing in Information Management & Analysis, and take the lead in Data Management & Strategy initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate technology transformations that align with our strategic goals, ensuring successful outcomes through effective project oversight, cost control, and quality assurance.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior, you'll contribute collaboratively to deliver processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on Technology. You'll exercise judgment, apply suitable methodologies, and consider barriers, risks, and issues. You're expected to meet personal targets, oversee junior staff, and ensure alignment with performance objectives across client service, quality assurance, risk management, business expansion, solution development, and team collaboration.

  • Define and execute project deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure completion against goals.
  • Manage chargeability with an emphasis on billable hours to external clients.
  • Engage in sales activities, support service offerings identification, and develop RFP responses.

Skills and attributes for success

To thrive in this role, you'll need a blend of decision-making capabilities, the ability to guide decisions based on policies and knowledge, and the skills to address complex issues with thorough analysis.

  • Ability to initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution.
  • Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Provide general guidance to peers and junior staff.
  • Travel as required by client engagements.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 + years of professional experience working with one or more SAP module with full-cycle implementations inside your core module.
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA.
  • Experience in Data modeling, data visualization, and proficiency in tools like SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
  • Expertise in business intelligence, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, and big data technologies.
  • A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 60% +

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Data Governance and Integration knowledge preferred
  • SAP Datasphere preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engender client trust.
  • Effective communication and complex problem-solving abilities.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $105,800 to $174,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $127,100 to $198,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
