What you need to know about the role-As a Senior Program Manager, you are responsible for coordinating project and program resources engaged with all initiatives within the selected functional area portfolio. The Sr. Program Manager is a primary trusted advisor within the PMO, providing thought leadership on the direction of key strategic and regulatory initiatives.This role sits in the Second Line of Defence within the Global Compliance PMO supporting Americas and Global Regulatory Change.

  • ​Lead regulatory and strategic programs that drive key organizational objectives.

  • Oversee cross-functional programs and projects, providing regular updates to senior leaders.

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project management teams; foster a global community of practice.

  • Drive planning, monitor delivery, manage change, and proactively address risks to ensure successful execution.

  • Establish communication channels, provide executive reporting, and deliver clear, timely updates to stakeholders.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, identifying risks, trade-offs, and mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.

  • Drive accountability for plans, milestones, and deliverables; escalate issues to leadership as needed.

  • Engage the right stakeholders and ensure plans address all process, people, system, and external requirements.

  • Follow change management processes and maintain proper documentation.

  • Manage sensitive projects with integrity and discretion.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build trusted partnerships across teams.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $111,500 to $191,950
