What you'll do...
What you'll do:
- Design, implement, and maintain Walmart's systems and infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and databases.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Work with vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Contribute to the development of departmental standards and best practices.
- Adhere to Walmart's code of conduct and follow company policies and procedures.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and maintaining SCCM infrastructure, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and its components, including client management, software distribution, and patch management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices, including incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with other IT systems and technologies, such as Active Directory, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
