Minimum Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting Apple products, both software and hardware
- Experience in administering macOS & iOS
- Vendor Management skills
- Ability to script and/or write automation to improve efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with disassembly/assembly of Apple products
- You are innovative, flexible, and results oriented with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of wireless technologies, and/or networking a plus
- Ability to context switch quickly and frequently
- Strong ability to prioritize workloads with attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and comfortable working with multi-functional teams
- Proficiency in Python, Swift and/or C/C++ a plus
- Repair certifications for Apple hardware and software a plus
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,300 and $195,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
