- Manage & deliver on the roadmap of key programs that are aimed at the following key pillars: Safety, Cost to Serve, Speed and Improved Productivity.

Your day could include engagement with all levels of the organization and multiple stakeholder groups to drive short, mid and long term decisions that have impact on a large scale across the AMZL network. You would also be working with partners from Operations, Process Improvement, Health and Safety, Ergonomics, Finance, Procurement and external vendors to design and deploy new equipment and processes for the multiple process paths within a Delivery Station. You will put in place mechanisms to track project success, measure KPIs and build reports to provide visibility to senior leaders across the organization.Mentorship & Career Growth:Work/Life Harmony

- MBA, MSc or MEng (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent)
- Knowledge of other EU languages (German, French, Italian or Spanish advantageous)
- Advanced data analysis skills, Knowledge & ability to use standard design and development tools e.g. AutoCAD, MS Visio
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with business partners and key stakeholders and the ability to work under pressure in a cross functional organization
- High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills
