Experience & Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in managing a team and leading a business unit
- 3+ year of sales and/or customer service
- Experience working in international environment - an advantage
- College degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting or similar
- MBA - advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue and/or build winning teams
- Fluent English and German
