About the Role
As an experienced member of our team, you will serve as an external client-facing leader to help manage our largest and most complicated projects and client services in planning, design and services during construction. Your tole may also include client interaction for Program Management services. In addition to serving our clients, you’ll play an integral role in mentoring junior staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including marketing and strategy development, positioning, procuring, and negotiating contracts. As Sr. Project Manager, you will lead multidiscipline teams and will work with our internal Project Managers to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. - You'll integrate with our local teams who are committed to growing our professional services portfolio in our region and across the US.
- You'll build upon your understanding of the Aviation Market and organize and develop teams to pursue consulting & advisory, planning, design, PMCM, and alternative delivery work.
- You'll lead client service teams for existing and new clients across our region and the west, helping develop and implement our broader Transportation market growth strategy through direct, in-person and virtual interactions with client organizations.
- You will lead or support building strategic win-win relationships with other consulting firms and contractors as partners.
