• Engineering Manager with 12 years of delivery experience of which 5 years in payments domain
  

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery for an assessment, architecture engagement or an engineering engagement with multiple technology stream and functional stream (BAs).
• Responsible for planning, budgeting, staffing, Reviewing and End to end delivery
• Work with Architects, Domain Experts and Engineering leads in identifying RAID (Risks, assumptions, Issues and dependencies) and stay on top of it so as to not impact delivery
• Work with firm connects and client contacts on regular basis for building and maintaining relationships

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience of which 5 years in Payments
• Has lead multi-year, multi-geo , mutli team transformation deliveries in past
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Aware of Payments related nuances such as Integrations, Resiliency, payment ecosystem, regulations
