In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
- Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
- Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experienced Consultant with hand on experience in HCM Talent Management Modules(Goals, Performance, Succession planning, Career and Development),Oracle Learning cloud.
- Knowledge of developing new FF,HDL,HSDL into fusion HCM & Knowledge of CORE HR is beneficial.
- Hands on experience in HCM Cloud.
- Resource should have knowledge on any of these Oracle HCM modules – Oracle Absences , Time and Labor , Talent , Learn , Recruiting and Core HR module.Should support in Discovery workshops, work on functional specifications , configurations and build and perform testing and participate in SIT , UAT and Cutover activities
- Extensive experience in any HCM applications & Must have at least 1-2 Implementations on HRIS systems

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills &Design implement and deploy
- Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management
- An aim to learn and master new technologies and techniques
