- Follow and Developdigital design guidelines and drive implementation through templates and toolkits, enabling global consistency and raising the quality of execution.
- Conductcreative reviews and create brand consistency across all design deliverables within your scope of responsibility.
- Drivecontinuous improvements and develop assigned projects to elevate digital design deliverables within your scope of responsibility.
- Keep up to datewith trends in digital technologies and design, andshareyour findings with the creative team.
- Contribute tothe digital creative community by sharing and incorporating best practices.
- Creative Consultation & Collaboration
- stakeholders on digital design by providing examples of innovative solutions for new digital creative concepts.
- Present your concepts and designs to stakeholders and support your work with a clear rational and recommendations. Challenge stakeholders and business owners to ensure optimized solutions for consumer, business and the brand.

IV. Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Degree with focus on Design and related areas
- 5+ years of experienceas a Digital, Interactive and/or Visual Designer
- Experience working with brands developing creative solutions on a global level
- Experience in design industry and ability to predict future trends
- Experience developing successful design solutions and working in collaborative multi-functional teams
- Very goodcommunication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Consistency across designs while maintaining a creative approach
- Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for creative design
- Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes
- Very Goodknowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertknowledge of Digital/MobileMarketing
- Basic knowledgeof HTML & CSS can do and what’s possible to achieve
- Expertknowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Figma, after effects…)
- FluentEnglish skills both verbally and written
