Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the team supporting local Customer Care businesses
Daily use of Salesforce to register all incoming emails/requests from customers and sales representatives
Performing transactions in SAP
Sending invoices to customers
Managing returns of products
Creating delivery notes
Processing credit notes
Other tasks related to Customer Care support
Profile Requirements:
Enthusiastic students on bachelor or master level (2024-2025)
Attentive to details (accurate) is a must
Polish native with French or Italian and good English is a must (B2).
Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
