Operations Optimization and Enablement (OOE)
The MTP (Manual Touch Point) Program is the delivery vehicle for adherence to Consent Order Sub-Clause V.2.d.i: Maximize straight-through processing and minimize manual inputting and adjustments. The program is responsible for ensuring integrated governance to allow a joined-up delivery approach across the consent order ‘Romanette’ and alignment to Control / Risk. Also responsible for the creation of a measurement framework that enables tracking of risk reduction tied to relevant STP metrics to show success, and the stand-up of an operationalization capability to ensure exit criteria are met and to demonstrate ongoing sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide program management consolidation, governance, progress tracking and issue identification and escalation across operations footprint; participate in overall program governance.
- Model best practice program execution and promote standardization and consistency across wider operations organization.
- Undertake specific program management disciplines and activities e.g. Lead prioritization and status meetings and reporting, maintain program documentation, provide updates at senior forums.
Qualifications:
- 10-12 + years of experience
- Strong Stakeholder Management to ensure cross collaborative buy in
- Proficiency in negotiation to resolve conflicts, reach consensus and manage expectations.
- Problem solving to address challenges and obstacles that arise during implementation, identifying solutions and making informed decisions.
- Decision making - decisive & data driven to provide clear guidance and alignment.
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate the team through ambiguity and embrace change
- High emotional intelligence to navigate the team through a complex matrix of stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
- 10-12 + years of experience
- Domain expertise: Across Operations and Finance functions and tools. Expert knowledge in end-to-end transaction lifecycle process.
- Change management: Large, complex implementations and transformation program expertise in finance and or operations.
- Process Improvement: Extensive knowledge of process improvement with a track record of streamlining operational or finance process.
- Vendor Management: Experience in managing software vendors and 3rd party consultant teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align operational process with organizational strategies, with experience in strategic planning and execution.
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
