Job Description:
Facilitate the syndication of equipment finance and leasing solutions to Bank of America clients, as well as identifying and maintaining relationships with syndication investors. Fully knowledgeable of Bank of America/Global Leasing and investor and competitor views on market outlook, economic forecasts and market trends.
- Assisting assigned sales officers in pricing, structuring, pitching and selling syndication, arrangement or advisory products to qualified end user clients.
- Facilitating preparation and completion of confidential information memorandums and associated transaction presentation materials.
- Selling transactions to qualified financial intermediaries.
- Facilitating the closing of syndication transactions.
- Managing, developing/prospecting and maintaining relationships with assigned investor accounts, geographies and/or investor classes.
Required skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified
- 7+ years of experience in syndications of equipment leasing and finance transactions with a proven track record.
- A background in any of the following disciplines is desirable: relationship management, credit, structuring, pricing and legal/contracts.

- In-depth industry knowledge and networking presence; in-depth understanding of the syndication and equipment finance market and competitive landscape.
- Broad and deep knowledge of all key aspects of leasing and equipment finance including syndications, relationship management, credit, structuring, pricing, accounting, finance, tax and documentation.
- Knowledge of syndication assignment agreements, participation agreements, trusts and other third-party documentation.
- Highly persuasive and a strong negotiator.
- Effective communicator.
- Proven ability to build partnerships; builds collaborative relationships with peers, associates, management and clients.
- Proven ability to build a client driven environment; consultative finance expert.
- Proven ability to function independently, as well as prospering in a team environment.
