Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with investment banking/portfolio management.
Proven quantitative analytical skills and experience with spreadsheets, databases, and analytical toolsets is essential (SQL, PLX).
Knowledge of R&D finance functions and processes.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver multiple projects to a very high level of quality and accuracy, and a high tolerance for ambiguity and change.
Great leadership and people skills, and ability to take charge, set objectives, and drive results while building long-term relationships across organizational boundaries with all levels of seniority.
