What you'll be doing:

• Be responsible for ATE NPI Load board Activities

• LB design (internal, 3rd party, PCB Manuf)

• Ensure alignment with Product and Board design schedules

• Collaborate with vendors and contractors

• Keep tabs on new PCB technologies and industry trends

• Collaborate with other groups such as RESS/facilities

• Ensure ATE tester uptimes

• Manage and build up a small team of HW design and ATE Maintenance Engineers

What we need to see:

• A minimum of a BS degree in EE, ME, CE, or a related technical field is preferred or equivalent experience.

• 8+ overall years of experience in designing ATE loadboards; 4 years of experience leading a team

• Familiarity with the Advantest 93000 Platform

• Strong leadership skills

Ways to stand out from the crowed:

• Hands-on experience designing Advantest 93000 Loadboards

• Familiar with Allegro SW

• Background with board design simulation
