- Experience working within a multi-cultural environment.
- Experience working with multiple Suppliers (3 rd Party Logistics Providers).
- International Experienced working in a Reverse logistics infrastructure (International movement)
- Experienced in International Import and Export knowledge
Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:
- 3PL International experience.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally.
- High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines without much supervision.
- Demonstrates strong skills in evaluating and analyzing data/processes.
- Knowledge on Freight audit and payment tools.
- Proactive mindset and attitude in resolving process related challenges.
- Sales Force/SAP/Microsoft Office/Tableau/Power BI or other Analytics Platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitoring shipments (measuring in transit times from origin to destination).
- Both Worldwide Domestic and International.
- Liaising with Suppliers (Logistics 3 rd Party Logistics) and internal multi-cultural teams on shipment enquiries
- Coordinating International shipments
- Responsible for auditing vendor invoices and financial reports.
- Experienced in analytics for vendor financials and analyzing vendor performance based on shipments KPIs.
- Reviewing 3 rd Party Logistics performance – focusing on areas of improvement.
- Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements.
- Corrective action planning
- Support Internal 3PL management.
- Creating and maintaining Flow charts and SOPs documents.
- Defective export process and timelines for the logistics activities to Repair.
- Liaise with contract manufacturers/repair locations in relations to repair and return.
