As an Innovation Experience Manager at EY Portugal, you will:
• Lead the planning and organization of workshops, sessions, and events with clients.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with both internal and external clients.
• Support the co-creation of business models, customer journeys, and innovative solutions.
• Develop initiatives to promote the practice of innovation at EY Portugal.
• Foster relationships with Service Lines and contribute to generating a pipeline for the area.
• Serve as an ambassador of innovation at EY Portugal, leading the transformation of experiences within the innovation practice.
• Implement the strategy, vision, and objectives of the innovation practice.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the innovation practice, designing and participating in the creation of world-class experiences that inspire clients towards transformational agendas, helping them identify new business opportunities and overcome complex business challenges.
• Design and guide the co-creation of new solutions with clients and EY team members, applying innovation methodologies such as design thinking.
• Innovation events coordination

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 5+ years of experience in innovation;
• Proven track record in change management and innovation, with a deep understanding of methodologies such as design thinking, agile, and lean startup;
• Experience in collaborating and co-creating with clients, industry experts, startups; academia, and other key players in the innovation ecosystem;
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with expertise in tools such as Canvas, IdeaScale, Service Design, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, and Slido;
• Ability to navigate and facilitate discussions across multiple sectors and business practices;
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
• Willingness to work in Portugal and abroad.
