Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a technology contracting, deal desk, legal, or sales operations environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing agreements (e.g., drafting, redlining, discussing agreements) at a technology firm.
- Experience discussing enterprise agreements with customers and cross-functional internal business partners.
- Experience in supporting a goal carrying, enterprise promoting organization in the cloud, software, consulting, or technology space.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to clearly present problem-solving findings used to influence internal and external leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, business acumen, and communication skills.
