Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders. Convert these requirements into functional and technical specifications for the TSC Organisation.
- Solution Design: Work closely with respective stakeholders to design solutions and process documents/workflows that meet the business requirements. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organisation's standards and strategies.
- Project Management Support: Assist in the planning and monitoring of projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation. Propose and help implement process changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to support decision-making, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are accurately understood and met by the technology solutions. Prepare and present reports/presentations, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support resources to users on new systems and processes. Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Analyst / Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business process improvement techniques and data analysis.
- Understanding of basic programming languages, database management, and system architecture is a plus.
- Hybrid mode of work, 3 days from office (Mandatory)
- Need to work during 2nd shift i.e from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm India time
