The position
Mobileye is looking for a system Requirement Manager to lead the overall life cycle of our leading Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS) requirements.
What will your job look like?
- Owning the life cycle of the system requirements E2E including requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, validation, and traceability.
- Develop and maintain a requirements management plan that includes organizational-wide processes, procedures, and tools for managing requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are incorporated into the system design, development, and testing.
- Monitor and track requirements changes and maintain version control of requirements documentation.
- Lead requirements review events with customers, high management, auditors and other stake holders.
- Perform requirements analysis to ensure that requirements are complete, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Ensure that requirements are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
All you need is:
- Engineering, CS or equivalent degree.
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of systems architecture and design principles: capable of understanding AV systems engineering processes and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in requirement management: In-depth knowledge of requirements management tools and techniques, such as DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System) and SysML (Systems Modeling Language).
- Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Hands on tools to enable quick ad-hoc processing of requirements (e.g. python, excel)
