This group advises clients within Healthcare & Life Sciences; Energy; Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility; Private Equity; Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Technology; Consumer Products & Retail; Government & Public Sector; and Financial Services sectors. Your key responsibilities

Our opportunity is for an experienced manager-level system implementer with expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Oracle Cloud solutions, specifically in the supply chain domain and will possess industry-specific knowledge related to supply chain costing. This position will support consulting as a member of project teams working with our clients and guiding them through agreed upon phases of the ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle. This role is critical to our organization's efforts to optimize and streamline our clients’ supply chain processes and data management.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management applications, ensuring successful configuration, customization, and integration to meet business requirements.

  • Utilize your deep understanding of supply chain costing methodologies to guide the development and implementation of cost-effective supply chain solutions.

  • Apply your industry-specific knowledge to design and optimize the flow of data and processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions for managing external contracted manufacturing processes within the Oracle Cloud SCM system.

  • Oversee the integration into the Oracle Cloud SCM system, enhancing visibility, control, and efficiency.

  • Leverage your expertise in manufacturing to enhance the Oracle Cloud SCM system's capabilities for managing complex and compliant production processes.

  • Cost Management experiences with product costing and cost accounting.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the Oracle Cloud SCM solution aligns with organizational objectives.

  • Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new supply chain processes and systems within the Client organization.

  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful system implementations.

  • Provide training to end-users and create comprehensive documentation for system processes and procedures.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to optimize supply chain operations.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience

  • 5-10 years of experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role

  • Proven track record in system implementation for the following Oracle Supply Chain Functions/Applications: Cost Accounting, Cost Management, and Inventory Management

  • The person should be able to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, work well with Offshore resources, and manage deliverables.

  • Lead and participate in:

  • Gather Business requirements.

  • Analyze and transform to application requirements.

  • Perform Fit-Gap Analysis

  • Lead Functional Design approval process.

  • Strong interaction with development team to test and delivery the solution.

  • Assist customer during UAT.

  • Prepare and Review documentations.

  • 3-5 full lifecycle implementations in any of the above

  • Familiarity Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM

  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills.

  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues.

  • The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel up to 50%

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Degree in Business, Operations Management/Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)

  • Certified in Cloud Applications highly preferred.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,100 to $267,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
