DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Drive the design and development of software applications within mature technology environments. Utilize programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures, and techniques. Perform software troubleshooting and monitoring functions for high transaction rates and low to zero downtime-based applications. Design and maintain design guidelines, coding standards, software methodologies, and processes. Work with internal and external groups to lead design, development, and testing efforts to ensure the successful delivery of the initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Digital Software Engineer Lead, I.T. Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Digital Software Engineer Lead, I.T. Consultant, or related occupation.
