IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, SAP - Enterprise Performance Management (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1607196), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Houston, TX.
Provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations with a focus on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity in the digital era. Assess client’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes, technology and data. Analyze current state processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate status meeting. Prioritize improvement opportunities and translate them into a roadmap for execution. Lead design sessions with client’s stakeholders to identify system requirements and solution architecture. Lead teams in developing and executing system implementation following waterfall or agile project management methodologies
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 8 years of experience (5 of which should be progressive, post-baccalaureate). Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 7 years of related experience.Must have 7 years of experience in providing consulting and/or advisory services in one or a combination of any of the following EPM focus areas: Planning and Budgeting; Financial Close; Consolidations and Reporting; and/or Metric Definition and Scorecard Design.
Must have 6 years of experience in EPM technology implementation including design and configuration of software applications, including in one or a combination of any of the following: SAP BPC, Group Reporting, and/or SAP Analytics Cloud.Must have 5 years of experience in creating and leading SAP workshops and designing and presenting PowerPoint presentations for external clients.Must have 5 years of experience gathering requirements and working with offshore team member(s) and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects.Must have 5 years of experience in translating business requirements into end-to-end SAP-enabled solutions, including gathering requirements, solution design, building, testing and solution deployment.Must have 5 years of experience managing teams of technology professionals.Must have 5 years of project management experience within a professional services firm, including scope, timing, resource allocation and performance.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
