Responsibilities:

  • Lead a local team of 13 to support FX exposure reporting and FX position reconciliation for legal entities and businesses across Asia Pacific

  • Responsible for Supervisory oversight of the local team and the end to end daily and monthly processes

  • Ensure proper and effective coverage for COB, MCA and Audit requirements

  • Assist in ongoing review of existing team controls and processes to ensure consistency with global standard FX exposure managment models

  • Key point of contact for global leaderrship team, system application support and internal/external audit

  • Partner with key stakeholders to support global standardisation projects and inititives ensuring requirements are documented and delivered

  • Define and drive process and infrastructure improvement and transformation projects

  • This role is imperative to ensure proper and effective local FX revaluation risk management and control for Asia Pacific banh chain entitiesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 10+ years experience in a related role
  • Experience in financial control, valuation or related discipline
  • Financial products and valuation related knowledge
  • Evidence of robust control focus
  • Management experience
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
