Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruit, coach, and develop organizational talent.

  • Builds strategic partnerships with stakeholders (Customer Experience, Cardiac Monitoring Center (CMC) Operations, Medical Safety, Sales, Quality, Compliance, R&D) to further departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and execute organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups by utilizing technical/professional knowledge and skills.
  • Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Make decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to achieve department objectives.
  • Review, analyze and present to senior staff and other groups the effectiveness of the Services Quality Reporting (Quality Metrics Review). Recommends and implements changes to the system as the result of changing regulations and/or business needs.
  • Assess the health of the current services provided. Create and manage a quality review dashboard/scorecard that represents internal and external customer requirements.
  • Continuous benchmarking of service quality against competitors.
  • Manage Value Improvement Program (VIP) for CDx Services.
  • Proactive identification of customer impacting issues and complaints with clear escalation.
  • Responsible for CMC Clinical Education and Training Program.
  • Own documentation/procedures for CMC Services.

What We’re Looking for In You:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 10 or more years of related experience in quality engineeringand/or clinical operations
  • and/or clinical operationswithin med device.
  • Experience with complaint analysis and quality metrics reporting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven people leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build effective partnerships.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule based out of our Houston, TX facility.

Maximum Salary: $ 241900

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
