What You’ll Do- Monitor a part of Uber Eats' activity and run in-depth analyses to optimize a core subset of metrics that you will fully own
- Proactively build processes and tools to ensure that we are seeking for the outstanding flawless operations
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide inputs on our market's needs, and to smoothly roll-out new features
- Participate in building the Marketplace team's roadmap
- Own and iterate on processes that improve consumer, courier and merchant experience
- Examine issues and opportunities in great detail, and use data and insights to recommend sound business decisions, and design mitigation plans in the event that the business is adversely impacted
- Collaborate with a diverse group of cross-functional team members
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in Startup, Consulting, Operations, Logistics or other relevant fields
- Ability to manage stakeholders in a fast-moving working environment
- Robust analytical & critical thinking skills, experience with data-driven decision-making
- Business acumen, ability to seize and prioritize opportunities based on feasibility and potential
- Entrepreneurial mindset and pro-activity, ability to own end-to-end projects from strategic thinking to actually getting things done
- Experience with SQL is a plus, or comfortable learning and using new software tools
- Industry knowledge in the on-demand / same-day delivery space
- Full proficiency in English and French
