CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Use copywriting techniques to communicate key messages, and format content to be reader friendly and visually interesting.
Manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Maintain process and digital asset repositories.
Use effective dialog to determine requirements from internal and external customers.
Coordinate with outside vendors, such as external writers and agencies, as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest content technologies, industry trends and best practices to improve and evolve content output.
Strong attention to content accuracy, detail and refinement.
Assess quality and consistency of work with regular proofing.
MUST HAVE
Minimum of five years of experience in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong English skills (written and verbal).
WE VALUE
A high school diploma, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, editing, branding, marketing or communications.
Excellent writing ability in English.
Experience using style guides (e.g., AP Style Guide).
Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront).
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and search engine optimization (SEO) practices.
Strong project management skills.
Exceptional research and organizational skills.
Experience using the latest content technologies.
