We seek a driven and experienced Automation Engineer. You will plan and execute a comprehensive automation testing strategy, proactively identifying and resolving quality challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the best quality of our cybersecurity solutions. Collaborating closely with development teams, you will translate product requirements into robust test plans and cases. detail and problem-solving abilities will be essential in preventing issues from reaching our customers.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong technical foundation in automation, a proven track record with testing tools and methodologies, and a relentless pursuit of software excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of automation tests
- Development and maintenance of test cases based on product design and expected behaviors.
- Execute tests and analyze errors/failures.
- Respond to test failures and analyze errors/failures.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and address quality issues
- Research and implementation of external modules and tools to meet tests requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies
- 2 years experience with developing automation tests ( automation developer )
- 2 years experience with Java
- 2 years experience with scripting languages such as Python, JS
- 1-2 years experience with Gitlab/Github/Jenkins
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS
- Experience in API testing
- Familiarity with QA testing methodologies
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and CI/CD
- Prior knowledge in networking and/or security and Linux
- Experience with building and maintaining virtual envs
- High attention to details
- Dedication to take ownership on projects and end-to-end responsibility
- Flexibility and versatility, autonomous and fast learning, creative thinking, passion to build new systems and improve existing ones
Advantaged:
- Knowledge in Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes
- Cloud providers expertise AWS or Azure or GCP
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Puppeteer, Selenium
- Experience with Jsystem
- Experience with Grafana, Kibana
