Managed Services (MSE) is responsible for keeping the network running and proposing / conducting network upgrades based on business requirements. Covers technical managing and operating of agreed components of IT and telecommunications services provided to end users of Nokia customers, within contracts agreed with those customers.


Responsibilities include administering and supporting the OpenShift Container Platform ecosystem.

  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to OpenShift.
  • Configure and maintain the OpenShift environment. This includes setting up nodes, networking, storage, and security policies.
  • Manage user access to the platform. They create and manage user accounts, assign roles, and control permissions within OpenShift projects.
  • Collaborating with capacity planning and ensuring system performance and availability
  • Ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for users accessing OpenShift clusters.
  • Manage configuration files (such as YAML files for deployments), monitor resource usage, and optimize performance.
  • Focus on securing the platform. They apply security patches to OpenShift components, configure network policies, and enforce access controls.
  • Monitor for vulnerabilities, perform security audits, and collaborate with security teams to address any issues.
  • Installing, configuring, and updating Linux systems and software.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Linux.
  • System Administration.
  • Ensuring system security, reliability, and efficiency
  • Monitoring system performance, including hardware, software, and network performance.
  • Performing security audits and implementing security measures to protect the organization’s data.
  • Ensuring high levels of uptime and system availability
  • Handle user accounts, permissions, and access control. They create, modify, and delete user accounts, assign permissions, and manage user groups.
  • Ensure proper authentication mechanisms (such as passwords or SSH keys) and enforce security policies related to user access.
  • Maintain configuration files, install software packages, and handle system updates.

Uses functionally specific knowledge.Typically 4-5 years directly related experience inTroubleshooting and configuration of OpenShift platform. Preference will be given to below.In-depth knowledge of ITIL Event Management and Incident Management processes.

  • RHOCP Certified.
  • RHCSA Certified.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
