You will report directly to our Customer Support Manager and you’ll work out ofour Nebraska City, NE location on a hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans, conducts and supervises assignments generally involving larger and more complex projects or customers.
- Manages the operational business relationship with large domestic accounts; serves on the account team.
- Conducts and reviews highly complex operational analysis.
- Acts as a point of escalation and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of operational issues of high complexity, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
- Represents the customer/partner needs and provides business requirements to projects of high complexity.
- Prepares and runs operational performance reviews with the customer/partner and supports improvement plans.
- Consults and provides guidance on operational matters of medium complexity to internal clients at peer levels and above.
- Proactively communicates operational process changes to customers/partners and internal clients, active involvement in the implementation phase.
- Participate in customer sales strategy meetings, client visits.

WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related discipline plus 4 to 7 years directly related experience, 3 years of which must have been in responsible leadership position
- Experience in a multi discipline team
- Experience in reviewing and redesigning of processes
- Good understanding and operational experience to drive a One-Honeywell approach
