Key Responsibilities:

• Program Strategy & Execution:Develop, implement, and oversee program strategies that align with business objectives.
• Project Coordination:Manage multiple interrelated projects, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management:Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and project teams, to ensure alignment and communication.
• Resource Allocation:Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion.
• Performance Monitoring:Track program performance, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to senior leadership.
• Risk Management:Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure contingency plans are in place.
• Process Improvement:Continuously assess and improve program methodologies, workflows, and best practices.
• Documentation & Compliance:Ensure all program activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:12+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
• Capability in managing without authority.
