- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
- Experience in web writing and with Markdown, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in researching and writing documentation for developers (e.g., APIs, SDKs, web technologies, cloud services, hardware)
- Experience with processor architectures.
- Ability to write code samples in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript.
- Ability to author in HTML and work with version-control tools such as Perforce or Git.
- Ability to manage multiple engaging priorities in a fluid environment.
