Your impact

We're looking for an experienced
Baltimore, MD, and working alongside other project managers, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives.
You'll manage and provide construction oversight to OARs and resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes, and disagreements.

As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical MEP performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques and play an integral role in mentoring staff.

Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, tackle project challenges, solve complex problems, and experience on construction projects with an operational perspective will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical expertise in the construction process and a thorough understanding of commissioning methods and objectives.

Here's what you'll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architectural or Construction
  • 10+ years of as a Project Manager managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system construction for multiple large projects
  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Prior experience with construction sites in healthcare, education, and/or public buildings
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
  • Professional Registered Architect (RA) or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
