Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:• Lead initiatives to profitably acquire new credit card accounts by partnering with marketing, credit risk management, analytics, product management and other areas
• Deep understanding of credit card economics and P&L drivers
• Develop strategies to acquire new accounts including using data to inform decisions and A/B testing strategies
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to scope and launch initiatives related to credit card account acquisition, activation and early month on book engagement tactics
• Implement new account programs across digital marketing channels including email, affiliates, paid search, and Martech / CRM platforms
• Drive strategies to develop new card products including assessment of competitive landscape identifying customer needs and gaps, conducting quantitative and qualitative research and developing high level requirements
• Drive adoption of PayPal credit products working with teams across PayPal and our bank partner
• Manage new accounts goals, business KPIs, OKRs, track and analyze campaign results to inform new programs
• Oversee day-to-day management routines and timelines of all in-flight initiatives and workstreams; work across teams to minimize key risks and ensure timely and flawless delivery of projects
• Maintain knowledge of competitive environment to inform business requirements for new programs, features and functionalityExperience & Skills:• Outstanding business professional with 10+ years of experience in the credit card industry
• Experience with Revolving Credit products; specifically managing and implementing new acquisition strategies and launching new credit card products,
• Experience managing credit card P&Ls and partnering with finance to manage to targets
• Ability to collaborate with teams including product, marketing, risk management, analytics, legal/compliance, etc. using outstanding influencing skills, and strong senior-level communication abilities to drive decisions
• Experience leading others indirectly (leadership without authority), cross-functional collaboration skills required
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment
• Problem solver, with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs
• Proven track record of collaboration and influence in a matrixed environment; strong sense of urgency with the ability to “get things done” across matrixed organization
• Experience with project management workflow tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
• Microsoft Product Suite with exceptional PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity and understanding of PayPal and Consumer Credit Products
• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred

The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit .

The US national annual pay range for this role is $143,500 to $212,850
