Job Description

You will be involved in all stages of the product life cycle – conception, definition, development, release, and post-release activities. You will help drive dramatic growth by working closely with R&D, UX/UI, TPM, Marketing and Go-to-Market teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and translate into clear, concise use cases and detailed product requirements

• Work closely with R&D teams to prioritize requirements and deliver products that meet the needs of the target segments and customers

• Engage with threat research and security analysts to stay current with the latest cyber threats and trends: translate into concrete detection improvements in the product

• Develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmap to customers, prospects, and internal teams

• Support go-to-market activities by working closely with product marketing teams to develop content and messaging that enable sales and field marketing teams

• Deliver engaging presentations and demos to both internal and external audiences

• Bachelors degree inengineering/technicalfield and12+ years of related experience(5+ of those in Product Management of network security or related domains/products) or a Masters degree inengineering/technicalfield and 10+ years of experience (5+ of those in Product Management of network security or related domains/products)

• MBA is a plus

• Expertise in one or more areas is required: Firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Malware Detection and Prevention, Network Detection and Response, Endpoint Detection and Response

• Experience with VMware products and ecosystem is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong team member and able to participate in and lead cross-functional initiatives

• Experience in dynamic environments with overlappingprojects/deliverables

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is$141,000 - $225,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
