- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 10 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 8 years with with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience with implementation of revenue accounting systems (RevPro, RAR, etc.) or developing and implementing customized/homegrown revenue accounting systems.
- Experience in US GAAP accounting principles and in revenue accounting (ASC 606) in a public accounting or multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience improving business processes and systems, with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience with financial processes such as Order to Cash cycle and related risks and controls.
- Proven ability to lead and drive complex initiatives cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment across a large, complex, global organization.
- Excellent analytical skills (SQL), combined with solid business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
- Demonstrated strategic and risk based approach.
