Responsible for developing, establishing, and implementing plan and governance model for a large and complex application and infrastructure modernization.Responsible for identifying the cost parameters and keep track of the budget for the program.
Responsible for planning the transformation of current networks which may include re-engineering the architecture for specific sites, related equipment and component upgrades or reconfiguration/installation.
Issue and manage a Request for Proposal and lead the IT leadership through the RFP lifecycle all the way to negotiating and signing contracts for a managed services model.
Establish success criteria for efficient data centre operations and be responsible for monitoring/report out the KPIs.
