In this role you will manage Promotions and Messaging programs across our services, working cross-functionally to deliver commerce features to our customers on time and with quality. You will be responsible for leading high value offers and customer touchpoint projects, and expectations include:- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of the project lifecycle to deliver the best experiences to our customers- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, EPM colleagues, and QA to clarify requirements and drive implementation of features from conception to launch- Design and implement best practices and processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently- Oversee multiple concurrent features and roadmaps — coordinating scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation, and communicating status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly
