Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in developing marketing strategy in a consumer brand, agency or consulting firm, and leading the campaign execution in the market.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experiences in managing a large project that involves internal stakeholders and external partners.
Experience in planning and executing high quality brand campaigns, including creative production.
Experience in planning and executing media strategy including social.
Experience in campaign measurement, data analysis, and insights development, in collaboration with the insight team.
Interest in technology and ability to "think outside the box", be innovative, and problem-solve.
Strong communication, problem-solving, analysis, and people skills, as well as impeccable business judgment.
