About the Role

This is a hybrid position based in Mexico City (3 days/week in the office).

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-potential mid-market accounts

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Uber’s product suite

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers

  • Understand client goals and challenges to tailor strategic solutions

  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals with a value-first mindset

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementations and product adoption

  • Use Salesforce and other tools to forecast pipeline, track progress, and report results

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS) with a proven track record in account management and revenue growth

  • Experience managing a quota in a mid-market or enterprise environment

  • Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and influence C-level stakeholders

  • Data-driven decision-making and commercial acumen

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
