As an InfoSec & Compliance Advisor Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Owning and driving security compliance initiatives to completion across APJ/EMEA.
• Maintaining knowledge of security standards, monitoring advancements, and ensuring compliance.
• Identifying systemic security gaps, assessing control effectiveness, and advising on risk exposure.
• Providing management with insights on control weaknesses and designing strategic improvements.
• Serving as an SME for audits, guiding risk management, and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Communicating effectively while developing trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 10+ years of experience in IT security, risk management, or audit.
• Have 4+ years of expertise in industry compliance standards ( including one or more of: PCI, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, FedRAMP).
• Have good communication skills to engage senior executives effectively.
• Have negotiation skills to simplify complex regulations and align compliance with business goals.
• Have experience with compliance software, GRC tools, and audit management systems.
