THE ROLE

• Assist our SCRUM teams in meeting their delivery goals
• help to coordinate and participate in Agile Release Trains (ARTs) events
• Ensure SCRUM team is able to plan, execute, review and retrospect the tasks
• Track and report on key milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or master studies in Information Technology, Business Administration or related
• Good communication skills
• Well structured
• Motivating and inspiring
• Experience with SCRUM, SAFe and/or Jira preferred
• Fluent in verbal and written English, German is a plus
• Working from Walldorf office is required
