Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participates in the process validation activities associated with a Medical Device Sterilization Facility.
  • Maintain project schedules and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Coordinate product test samples from sites throughout the BSC network.
  • Participates in the placement and retrieval of product samples and sensors within qualification environment.
  • Investigate root cause(s) of non-conformances (i.e. NCMR, audit, etc.), identify and execute corrective actions by expected completion date(s).
  • Maintains and advances technical skills, knowledge, and abilities by assigned training.
  • Participates in the manufacture of Process Challenge Devices in support of sterilization testing.
  • Supports process and product validation activities associated with a Medical Device Sterilization Facility.
  • Works in a safe manner and considers safety in all aspects of job.
  • Perform and report 5S Audits, assist in resolution of any issues from audit results.
  • Support Dunnage Activities for worldwide validations.


Required qualifications:

  • 3 Years with Associate in Arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
