As a Customer Excellence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Export Compliance: Oversee adherence to international and domestic export laws, maintain control systems, train staff, and conduct compliance audits.

  • Records and Documents Maintenance: Manage accurate, secure, and accessible company records, implement retention schedules, and ensure document integrity.

  • Contract Review: Analyze contracts for clarity and risk, negotiate terms, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure legal and policy compliance.

  • Data Entry: Perform precise data input, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper data management practices.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive understanding of products, stay updated on changes, and leverage information for customer engagement and sales.

  • Logistics Knowledge: Apply supply chain management principles, utilize logistics software, and coordinate effectively for efficient goods delivery.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED
  • Three (3) years of customer service experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Five (5) years of Customer Service, EDI Processing in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Skills include, EDI, SAPOne, Outlook, Access, Excel, Word

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Indianapolis at least four days per week)
  • Aearo Technologies, LLC, Indianapolis Plant

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
