Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a collection of Projects led by Project Engineers and Principal Investigators
  • Motivating and supporting the team to drive positive culture and leading by example
  • Collaborating with other disciplines to resolve complex and unforeseen problems
  • Accountable for contract deliverables and performance
  • Adapting working methods when unforeseen problems arise, or milestones change
  • Reporting project progress to the Senior Leadership
  • Interfacing with Shared Services on relevant project issues
  • Mitigating risks identified by Projects
  • Leading or supporting proposal management and Project baseline control
  • Working with the Program Management Office, Project Team Leads and Leadership Team to support program and team objectives

The annual base salaryrange for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. Please note that this salaryinformation serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factorswhen extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope andresponsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, educationand training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 6+ years’ experience in project management

WE VALUE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and financial systems (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
  • Proactive and resourceful self-starter, with ability to multi-task
  • Master’s degree and Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Exceeding customer expectations
