Description
In this role you will: - Lead cross functional communication efforts across teams and executive leadership to execute regular and ad hoc governance obligations. - Develop and maintain project and governance schedules. - Ascertain and document annual compliance program requirements and ongoing obligations upheld to facilitate a comprehensive program framework. - Oversee end-to-end initiatives that require the coordination of multiple teams to reach resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-6 years of compliance, technology, or program management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability manage across cross-functional teams
- Experience working with GRC tools and content management platforms, including Auditboard and Wrike, and training delivery platforms
- Familiarity with governance operations, including coordinating meetings
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives
